We advise all crews to arrive in plenty of time and be prepared to launch larger boats well before the cox briefing. The following is provisional timetable, the confirmed timetable will be issued with the Coxwains instructions in the week prior to the event.
08:30 – Club and Registration Open
10:00 – Safety Boat Briefing
10:00 – Registration Closes
10:30 – Cox and Crew Briefing
12:00 Race Start – Staggered start with slowest boats leaving first
14:00 – The fastest boats will be now finishing
15:30 – The majority of boats should now have finished
15:45 – Trophy Presentations
16:00 onwards – After Race Celebrations – Bar and BBQ
