We advise all crews to arrive in plenty of time and be prepared to launch larger boats immediately after the cox briefing. The following is a provisional timetable; the confirmed timetable will be issued with the Coxwain’s instructions in the week before the event.

11:30 – Patrol Boat Briefing
11:45 – Registration Closes
12:00 – Cox and Crew Briefing
12:30 – Boats to commence launching.
13.35 Bursledon Gig start – 13:45 Celtic Longboat start – 13:50 Pilot Gig start
15:20 – The fastest boats will now be finishing
16:50 – Estimated finish time for the slowest boats
17:00 – Trophy Presentations
17:20 – Raffle to be drawn
