We advise all crews to arrive in plenty of time and be prepared to launch larger boats immediately after the cox briefing. The following is a provisional timetable; the confirmed timetable will be issued with the Coxwain’s instructions in the week before the event.

11:15 – Patrol Boat Briefing
11:30 – Registration Closes
11:45 – Cox and Crew Briefing
12:15 – Boats to commence launching.
13.15 Bursledon Gig start – 13:25 Celtic Longboat start – 13:30 Pilot Gig start
15:00 – The fastest boats will now be finishing
16:30 – Estimated finish time for the slowest boats
16:45 – Trophy Presentations
17:15 – Raffle to be drawn
